The Time Where I Stayed in a Haunted Hotel in Penang, Malaysia

It was right after my graduation, On Sunday 29th May 2022. My two friends and I planned to stay in Penang for a night before we head back to our hometowns. Around 5.00 pm we left Sungai Petani. On the way to Penang, we suddenly got an email that our hotel booking has an error regarding the payment. It was never too late to cancel and book a new hotel but we didn't. We were so excited about the hotel not knowing about its history of it. After reaching Penang Island, we continuously have unfortunate moments like errors in the GPS, missing wallets, and many more. We took all of that as a grain of salt. We planned to have our dinner in Ananda Bhavan in little India. While we having our dinner we still had our conversation regarding changing to a different hotel. However, we still insist to stay in that haunted hotel.

Many bloggers actually raved about Banyan Spa. I am really curious to see what's with the hype, so I visited to the Banyan Spa. So, after some experience at Banyan Spa, I thought of sharing my experience with my lovely readers.

Frankincense - Signature Essential Oil

Have you heard about frankincense?  Frankincense is an aromatic resin that helps to treat chronic stress, anxiety, reducing pain and inflammation,  boosting immunity and even fight with cancer. Such a powerful resin is widely using in aromatherapy. I am blessed to receive a package from the High Garden Malaysia. They are so kind and sent me to try their Frankincense signature essential oil.  The high garden uses the highest quality Frankincense from the Boswellia Sacra tree located in Oman.

To know what is my opinion on this essential oil... keep on reading...

The smell itself is so pleasant and relaxing. I usually use this frankincense essential oil when I'm studying and before I go to the bed. Whenever I use this essential oil whenever I'm studying, I tend to focus a lot better and relaxed and whenever I use this before my bedtime, it helps me to be relaxed and easier to fall asleep.

The packaging is pretty simple and each bottle has its own handcrafted Beechwood which is pretty cool and authentic.

To use this product you have to exhale all your breath before putting the bottle under your nose. Then take a long, slow, deep breath in while the bottle is under your nose- so you get as much of the vapour into your bloodstream. Once you cannot breathe in any more, pause and hold the breath. Then breath out, you should be able to feel relaxed / focused/ refreshed.

Overall, I think this product would be helpful for those who are suffering from anxiety and stress. I do recommend this product for those who have trouble to fall asleep at night

Where to buy? : High Garden Malaysia
Price : RM 125.00
Will I recommend? : Yes, of course.
Rating : 3 / 5

Why I decided to go Minimalist ?

Sad truth, I am a materialistic person and I hate to be that knowing this habit really messing up my life by loosing focus on what is really important in my life.

10 things that I learnt in my Pre- Med

1. Use time wisely

Time management is the key here to get your work done. Know what is important to you that you and have to do that first and what is less important to you that you that you can do it later. Long story short, know what to prioritise.

Why I'll never buy makeup from the website Lamido

Few months before I bought  a Naked 2 Palette from the website Lamido.com.my. The price is extremely cheap.  I really got attracted with the price because first of all, it is really hard to find Urban Decay's Naked palettes in Malaysia as specially where I am from. Naked palettes are high end product which clearly we know it is very expensive. The original price for Urban Decay's Naked 2 palette in Malaysia is RM 179. However,
